Justin Lauria brings more than 17 years of police experience and a strong background in impaired driving enforcement, supervision, and education. As a certified Drug Recognition Expert Instructor and Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor, he makes complex information clear and relevant to everyday responsibilities. Justin develops customized training for employers and schools, connecting impairment recognition, reasonable suspicion, and objective documentation to the situations participants may encounter. His approach emphasizes careful observation, clear communication, and sound decision-making, helping supervisors, HR professionals, and school personnel feel better prepared to recognize concerns and respond appropriately.

Adam Carson

Adam Carson

Adam Carson draws on over 24 years of police experience, including extensive work in impaired driving enforcement and drug recognition education. A retired law enforcement professional and certified Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, he brings a practical perspective to understanding how possible impairment may present in different settings. Adam helps schools and employers make sense of current drug trends, observable behaviors, and the importance of documenting specific concerns. He develops customized instruction around each organization's audience and priorities, translating his experience into approachable training that supports early recognition, thoughtful responses, and greater confidence when concerns arise.
